Ephesians Prayers
One of the most powerful and Spirit anointed prayers the New Testament believer can pray in his native language is Pauls Prayers for and to the Church at Ephesus. We can pray these prayers for our selfs and our loved one today. The begin in chapter 1 and 3, I encourage each believer to carefully read chapters 1-3 over and over again while praying these prayers.
Nowhere in the New Testament is the the revelation of our Spiritual Authority over the enemy revealed to the church more than in this letter. In Chapter 1:16-23 and Chapter 3:14:21 we Paul asking The Father for this Spiritual Revelation given to the Church. We must have this revelation for the church to grow.
Start by reading them out loud, beginning in the first chapter. I personalized the prayers by saying “me wherever Paul said “you”.
Ephesians 1:16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you (myself) in my prayers;
Eph 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you (me) the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
Eph 1:18 The eyes of your (my) understanding being enlightened; that ye (I) may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
Eph 1:19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward (Me) who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
Eph 1:20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
Eph 1:21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
Eph 1:22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
Eph 1:23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
And in Chapter 3 Paul continues praying,…
Eph 3:14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Eph 3:15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
Eph 3:16 That he would grant you, (me) according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the (my) inner man;
Eph 3:17 That Christ may dwell in your (my) hearts by faith; that ye (I) , being rooted and grounded in love,
Eph 3:18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
Eph 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye (I) might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Eph 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we (I) ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us (me),
Eph 3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
The Holy Spirit must unveil this Spiritual revelation unto our spirits This is one of the best ways to pray for fellow Christians, Insert there name where you would say me or I.
The believer having authority over the devil is almost unknown to the church at whole. But your praying this prayer for them can change this. God did not just choose a few Minsters to have this authority, but the whole church. Paul address this letter or epistle to the Saint at Ephesus. Verse 1
Using the Name of Jesus and exercising our God delegated authority can overcome life’s trials.
